We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
Return Period
Merchandise can be returned up to 60 days (90 days for Nov-Dec) after delivery. If you need to return an item, please use the return items link in your account order page.
Refunds are issued promptly once we have delivery notification from our carrier.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, just indicate the details on the return request and we will do our best to accommodate your request. In the event we are unable to provide a suitable replacement, we will refund your purchase.
Return Process
- Complete a return request from your account order page
(If you chose not to create an account at checkout, you will NOT have access to the return form. Use the contact form below.) - Indicate Reason for return and action want taken (Replace, Refund, etc)
Use the notes area for any additional info or requests - We will send a pre-paid UPS label to your email account on file.
- Print out the shipping label
Re-pack the items(s) and affix the label to the package - Drop off at the nearest Staples, UPS Store or other UPS facility
- Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the return
