Order Processing
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days.
- If there is a delay we will notify you, provide an updated shipping date, and you will have the option to keep the order in process or cancel it.
Shipping Methods & Rates
- All orders ship via UPS Ground.
- Flat-rate shipping is $10 for all orders under $100.
- Free shipping is available for orders over $100.
- We currently do not offer expedited shipping.
- UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes; please provide a physical street address.
Tracking & Delivery
- Orders ship from various warehouses depending on product availability.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
- You will also receive tracking updates as your package moves through the delivery process until it arrives.
Delays
- While we make every effort to ship on time, unforeseen issues (such as vendor delays, weather, or carrier disruptions) may impact delivery schedules.
- If a delay occurs, we will contact you with updated information.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipper directly to file a claim.
