Shipping

We are pleased to offer free shipping on ALL orders of $100 or more.

Some of our items are shipped out of our processing center in Illinois, however many items may be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer for faster service. We aim to ship orders to your door in 4-7 days (not counting weekends) but please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

3-day expedited shipping available on some items. It takes 24 hrs to fulfill the order then two day delivery. So an order on Tuesday would ship Wednesday and should arrive Friday. However, orders on Friday after 1pm Central Time or over the weekend would ship Tuesday and arrive Thursday.

You should receive a shipping notice with tracking information once an item has shipped. This process is not automatic so it may take up to one additional day to receive tracking information after the item has already shipped.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply.

If you need to return an item, please use the return items link in your account order page. If you are unable to log in, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Return Within Amount of Credit
0 to 60 days from receipt of merchandise 100% of purchase price
61 to 120 days from receipt of merchandise 75% of purchase price
121 to 180 days from receipt of merchandise 50% of purchase price
181+ days from receipt of merchandise 0% of purchase price

  

Merchandise cannot be returned more than six months after the delivery date.

Sale and Online Clearance Merchandise
Must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

 Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.

Gifts Cards
When returning a gift, Bradshaw Forbes gift card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. For gifts valued at more than $2,000.00, the recipient will receive a check rather than a Merchandise Credit Gift Card.

 

Return Process

  1. Complete a return request from your account order page
      I
    ndicate Reason for return and action want taken (Replace, Refund, etc)
      Use the notes area for any additional info or requests
  2. We will send a pre-paid UPS label to your email account on file.
  3. Print out the UPS lablel
  4. Re-pack the items(s) and affix the label to the package
  5. Drop off at the nearest Staples, UPS Store or other UPS facility
  6. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the return

Other Items
All fragrance and cosmetics items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for a credit/refund or exchange to be issued. Restricted items must be returned using ground transportation.

All precious jewelry must be returned within 60 days from the date of receipt and must include all original documentation. Return/exchange policies for specific items such as jewelry, fine art, etc., will be noted on the packing slip on that item.

Please allow 10 to 14 days for the processing of your return.
